a promotional campaign of Motorola razr 40 and Motorola razr 40 ultra

Organiser and participants in the promotional campaign

The organiser of the promotional campaign of Motorola razr 40 and Motorola razr 40 ultra ("Promotion" or"Campaign") is S. LEOUSSIS DIAFMISTIKI & EMPORIKI S.A, having its seat and address of management at 3, Artemidos Str., 15125 Maroussi, Greece, and correspondence address: 3, Artemidos Str., 15125 Maroussi, Greece ("the Organiser"), by assignment from Motorola Mobility International Sales LLC, The Corporation Trust Company, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA ("the Assignor").

Participants in the Campaign are all legal persons who have reached the age of 18, who have purchased a Motorola smartphone, model razr 40 or razr 40 ultra, in the period from 10.08.2023 to 12.10.2023, inclusive, on the territory of Greece, and who have fulfilled the conditions of the Campaign under point 5 and point 6 below until 12.10.2023. The participants in the Campaign must be aware of and consent to the present Regulation of the Campaign, as well as confirm that they are aware of the processing of their personal data in accordance with section VI at the website of the Campaign https://www.motorola.com/we/motoanswear.

Duration and territorial scope of the Campaign

The Campaign takes places during the period from 10.08.2023 to 12.10.2023 inclusive ("Promotional Period") on the territory of the Greece at the website https://www.motorola.com/we/motoanswear.

Smartphones participating in the Campaign
-
Motorola smartphones, model razr 40, purchased in the period from 10.08.2023 to 12.10.2023, inclusive, on the territory of Greece ("Participating smartphone(s)") participate in the Campaign. Motorola smartphones, model razr 40 ultra, purchased in the period from 10.08.2023 to 12.10.2023 from partner Cosmote/Germanos inclusive, on the territory of Greece ("Participating smartphone(s)") participate in the Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, other models of Motorola smartphones, as well as Motorola smartphones, model razr 40 or razr 40 ultra, purchased before 10.08.2023 or after 12.10.2023, do not participate in the Campaign.

Conditions for participation

To participate in the Campaign, each legal person who has reached the age of 18 and who has purchased Participating smartphone in the period from 10.08.2023 to 12.10.2023, inclusive, on the territory of Greece, must visit the special web page dedicated to the Campaign, at the website https://www.motorola.com/we/motoanswear and enter their first name and surname, email address and unique identification IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) code* of their Motorola smartphone, model razr 40 or razr 40 ultra.
*NOTE! Please note that your Motorola smartphone, model razr 40 or razr 40 ultra, may have more than one IMEI code. To participate in the Promotion, you need to enter IMEI code number 1. You can find it in the settings and/or on the box of your smartphone.

After entering the above data, each participant takes part in a random draw, conducted by a software, and immediately finds out whether they win a promotional code for a discount when shopping from the online store Answear.gr.

Prizes in the Campaign

The prizes in the Campaign are one-time promotional codes for a discount when shopping from the online store Answear.gr. During the Promotional Campaign Period, the following one-timepromotional codes or a discount when shopping from the online store Answear.gr can be won:
- 400 promotional codes for a 20% discount;
- 270 promotional codes for a 25% discount;
- 200 promotional codes for a 30% discount;
- 100 promotional codes for a 35% discount;
- 30 promotional codes for a 50% discount.

In any case, the amount of the discount used through the awarded promotional code cannot exceed 6000 EURO

The promotional codes can be used only once for non-discounted items available in the online store Answear.gr until 31.10.2023. The promotional codes cannot be used for items from the brands set out at https://voucher.answear.gr/.
For the avoidance of doubt, the winning promotional code can only be used once by the winning entrant and is automatically deactivated after the first use.
The winning promotional code is valid until 31.10.2023
The winning promotional code cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, promotional codes and/or vouchers provided by Answear.gr or other third parties. In case of winning more than one promotional code for a discount in the Campaign, these codes cannot be summed up, combined and used simultaneously, to obtain a bigger discount. Each winning promotional code is used independently and once.

The promotional codes will be sent to the email provided by the winning participants according to point 5 above.

The prizes cannot be exchanged and their replacement with a cash equivalent cannot be requested.

Personal data

In connection with the Campaign, the Assignor as a personal data controller, will process personal data as indicated in this section.

The Assignor will process the following categories of personal data of the participants: name, surname, email, IMEI code of the Participating smartphone, information about the age of majority. The provision of the respective categories of personal data at the website https://www.motorola.com/we/motoanswear is a mandatory requirement for participation in the Campaign.

The personal data of the participants will be processed for the following purposes: organising and conducting the Campaign; sending prizes (promotional codes).

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Assignor to implement the Campaign, to prove its actual conduct and to send the prizes (promotional codes). When processing personal data, the Assignor does not perform automated decision-making.

The Assignor may provide personal data to third parties who assist him in achieving the above objectives - for example, producers, retailers or other engaged persons, external consultants (accountants, auditors, lawyers or other external experts), couriers and other service providers. The Assignor may also disclose personal data to competent authorities when required by law.

The personal data of the participants who have received a prize (promotional code) will be stored by the Assignor in accordance with the applicable tax and accounting legislation, i.e. 10 (ten) years as of the end of the financial year in which the Campaign was conducted. The personal data of participants who have not received a prize will be stored for 12 months as of the end of the Campaign.

The participants may exercise all their rights under the personal data protection legislation, including but not limited to: right at any time to object to the processing of personal data; right of access; right of erasure; right of rectification; right to restrict processing; right to data portability, right to file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Termination of the Campaign

The Organiser or the Assignor is entitled to terminate the Campaign before the expiration of the Promotional Period, in case of force majeure circumstances within the meaning of the legislation or other objective circumstances that lead to the impossibility for the Organiser or the Assignor to continue the conduct of the Campaign and are beyond their control. The Organiser or the Assignor may terminate the Campaign at their discretion and with a two-week notice, published on the website https://www.motorola.com/we.

General rules

Participation in the Campaign outside the Promotional Period or made by fraud or other electronic and/or software means and/or equipment, other then the legal, and/or aimed at manipulating the random draw of prizes and/or chance of winning, will not be considered valid.

The Organiser reserves the right not to provide a prize and/or to disqualify a participant in the Campaign, in case the Organiser has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of the present Regulation has been committed, or if he suspects fraud or abuse in the participation in the Campaign.

The Organiser reserves the right not to award a prize and/or to disqualify a participant in the Campaign in case of entry in bad faith of data for a Participating smartphone, which is not owned by the respective participant.

The participant declares that the data provided by him under point 5 is correct. The Organiser is not responsible for incorrect entering of data (name, surname, email address or IMEI code) by the participants.

Any potential legal dispute between the Organiser and the participants in the Campaign will be resolved by mutual consent. In case of impossibility to reach such, the dispute is to be settled by the competent Greek courts.

The Organiser reserves the right to supplement or amend the present Regulation, with the changes taking effect immediately after their publication on the website https://www.motorola.com/we/motoanswear.

The applicable law to the present Regulation is the effective legislation of Greece.
