Answer some questions about your trade-in device to receive a device assessment and trade-in quote.
2) Prepare your phone for trade in
Pack your device once you receive the provided shipping kit, and send it in.
3) Finish your trade-in process
We will inspect your device to confirm or revise your trade-in quote. You may accept or decline any changes in trade-in value. The final trade-in value will be applied via credit at the time of purchase.

No. All trade-ins must be done with the purchase of a new Motorola device.
Trade-in values are applied via credit at the time of purchase.
Trade-in value is determined by the trade-in device’s physical and functional condition and based on latest market values. If it doesn't match the make, model, or condition as described, you can either accept or reject the revised trade-in value. If you reject, we'll cancel the trade-in and return the old device.
1. Receive the shipping kit within 5 business days
2. Remove your device’s lock, activation locks (i.e. Find My Device), and personal data per the included Device Preparation and Packing Instructions
3. Pack your device in the received box
4. Attach the included, prepaid Return Shipping Label
5. Ship your device promptly via FedEx.
We do not recommend using FedEx dropboxes as they may result in delays.

Trade-in values are revised when the device’s physical and functional condition and/or model do not match the initial assessment and report.
