If you purchase Moto Care Accidental Damage Protection within 30 days of receiving your device, coverage begins on the date you purchased your device.
If your device cannot be repaired or repair exceeds the Limit of Liability, the maximum payable will be the lesser of either the current market value of a comparable device or the retail price paid, minus sales tax and claims paid. If your device is replaced or reimbursement is made, this contract is fulfilled.
